Yes, we use OAuth 2.0 authentication (the secure industry standard). You authorize our app via Google's or Dropbox's official login - we never see or store your password. You can review and revoke our app's access anytime via your Google/Dropbox security settings. We request minimal permissions: write access only to specified folder. Cannot read other files, delete content, or access anything outside the designated delivery folder.
Can I deliver to different cloud folders for different cases?
Yes, Professional tier allows creating multiple cloud delivery profiles. For example: 'Case A - Google Drive > Client A Folder', 'Case B - Dropbox > Case B Evidence'. When uploading, select which profile to use. This enables organizing different matters into appropriate cloud locations automatically. You can have unlimited profiles across supported cloud services.
What happens if cloud upload fails?
Our system retries automatically (up to 3 attempts over 2 hours). If all retries fail, you receive email notification with error details and fallback download link from our server. PDFs remain available on our server for 30 days regardless of cloud upload success. Common failure causes: cloud storage quota exceeded, folder permissions changed, or cloud service temporarily down. Most failures resolve on retry.
Does cloud integration cost extra beyond Professional tier pricing?
No, cloud storage integration is included in Professional tier pricing. However, you need your own cloud storage account (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) - we don't provide the storage itself. Most users already have these accounts. If not, all major providers offer free tiers (Google Drive: 15GB free, Dropbox: 2GB free, OneDrive: 5GB free with Microsoft account).
