We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for eligible refund requests. If you're not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

Technical Failures

  • • PDF generation fails after successful payment
  • • File corruption during processing
  • • System errors preventing service delivery

Service Not Delivered

  • • PDF not generated within 48 hours
  • • Email delivery failure (our system error)
  • • Processing stuck without resolution
  • • Service significantly different from description

Quality Issues

  • • PDF contains significant formatting errors due to our processing
  • • Missing content that should have been included in the selected plan
  • • Incorrect plan features delivered

Non-Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • • PDF has been successfully generated and delivered as per the selected plan
  • • Customer dissatisfaction with the appearance of their original WhatsApp content
  • • Issues with the original WhatsApp export file quality or format
  • • Missing media files from the original WhatsApp export
  • • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • • Change of mind after successful service delivery (except where required by law)
  • • File compatibility issues with customer's original export
  • • Misunderstanding of plan features after successful delivery

Important: We process WhatsApp export files as provided by customers. The quality and completeness of the final PDF depends on the quality and format of the original WhatsApp export file.
