Every paid ChatToPDF conversion has a seven-day money-back guarantee. You can inspect the preview before paying; if the delivered file still does not meet your needs, email us within seven days of purchase.

What is covered
A short policy on purpose.
The guarantee covers the conversion you purchased, including formatting, missing content that was present in a supported export, a failed delivery, or simply an output that is not useful for your intended purpose.
- Basic, Standard, Premium and Power User conversions
- Premium + Voice transcription conversions
- Card checkout and PayPal purchases
- Completed, partially completed or failed delivery
The only routine exceptions are a request made after seven days, a payment already refunded or reversed, or suspected payment abuse. Nothing here limits rights that local consumer law gives you.
How to request it
Three steps. No private chat attachment.

Email within seven days
Write to support@chattopdf.app from the address used for payment. Put “Refund request” in the subject.

Include the job or order ID
The ID in your receipt or download email is enough. Do not attach your WhatsApp export or private conversation.

The payment is returned
Once approved, the refund goes to the original card or PayPal account. There is no store-credit substitution.
Timing after approval
We aim to answer refund requests within two business days. After the refund is submitted, the payment provider or your bank controls when it appears. PayPal is often faster; card refunds commonly take five to ten business days.
Your chat is not needed
Start with the order or job ID. If diagnosis would require any additional file, we will explain why and ask first. The normal seven-day file-deletion schedule still applies; read the exact safeguards on the security page.
