Why a voice note can be absent

Possible causes include:

• The export was created Without Media.
• The destination rejected or truncated a large attachment.
• The note was no longer locally available when the export was prepared.
• The chat was too large for all desired media under the current export limits.
• The saved package is incomplete or was not fully downloaded from cloud storage.
• The item was an ephemeral or otherwise restricted message.
