Yes. ChatToPDF supports exports from both the standard WhatsApp app and WhatsApp Business. The export process is the same: open the chat, tap the menu, and select “Export chat.” The resulting file can be uploaded directly to ChatToPDF for conversion.
Can I archive multiple chats at once?
Each WhatsApp chat must be exported individually from the app. Once exported, you can upload and convert each chat separately through ChatToPDF. If you need to archive a large number of chats, contact our support team to discuss options for batch processing.
How long are my files stored after processing?
Uploaded files and generated PDFs are automatically deleted from our servers after delivery. We do not retain copies of your business conversations. Once you download your PDF, store it according to your organization's records retention policy.
